February Book Haul | 2021

February Book Haul | 2021

Since we’re still in lockdown in the U.K., and I haven’t been in work for months and months, I don’t really have a lot of money. I’m pretty much scraping by right now, and I’m lucky to have my mom who has been trying her absolute best to support me financially. Because of the lack of money I have coming in, that also means that I don’t have any money for books. The only books that I get each month are the ones that I get from subscription boxes, and maybe I’ll have a little bit of money left over for a second-hand book.

However, in January, I actually pre-ordered the Barnes and Noble exclusive edition of Concrete Rose, and a few days ago, it actually arrived. It’s the only splurge I allowed myself!

I’m not gonna lie, if I wasn’t in lockdown and I was working, then the books hauls would definitely be bigger, but I just can’t afford it right now. But, it also gives me a chance to read all of the un-read books that I already have.

Let’s get on with the haul!

January Book Haul | 2021

Ahhhh, the first book haul of the year. Considering that loads of amazing books came out in January, I’ve done a pretty good job only buying 3, and 2 of those were pre-orders! *gives myself a pat on the back*

December Book Haul | 2020

December Book Haul | 2020

I genuinely can’t believe that it’s 2021 when this post is going up. At the time of writing, it’s 27th December, and I have no idea if I’ve managed to achieve my Goodreads challenge or not. I’m hoping I have 🙌🏼.

This is my last book haul of the year, and obviously, the books that I received for Christmas are also in this haul post.

Let’s get on with the haul!

November Book Haul | 2020

November Book Haul | 2020

I know that the title says that it’s my November book haul, but really, this post contains books that I’ve bought or received over the past few months. I think that the last book haul I did was May and since then, there have been months where I didn’t buy any books, and months where I just couldn’t be bothered to take pictures and write blog posts. Mental health is a constant struggle.

So, here we are, a few months later, wrapping all of it up in one post!

April & May Book Haul | 2020

April & May Book Haul | 2020

I love how I said I was back in the blogging game, and then BAM, I’ve gone again for ages. But I have a good excuse! I was working on the penultimate part of my Masters, and now that it’s handed in and my. next deadline in September, I can finally dedicate my time to blogging.

And what do I do when my mental health is at an all time low and I’m in lockdown? Well… Buy some books, of course! Because I didn’t do my April book haul last month, I thought that I would combine April and May, so get ready for a big haul!

There are also spoilers for the March, April, and May Fairy Loot and Illumicrate boxes in case the postal services and couriers have been slow for you and haven’t been delivered yet.

March Book Haul | 2020

March Book Haul | 2020

Welcome back to another book haul! I really am trying to curb my spending when it comes to books as I really want to read all of the books that I have on my shelves already. HOWEVER, when you see a good bargain, I don’t think anyone can help themselves, right? OR, when it’s an exclusive edition, and it’s really pretty.

I’ve included the synopsis for all of the books that I’ve hauled this month, including sequels, so if you’re not one for reading the blurbs (especially for sequels), then at least you can enjoy the pictures!

HOWEVER, when you see a good bargain, I don’t think anyone can help themselves, right? I got most of these from my local charity bookshop, so I don’t feel so bad about buying more books than I wanted to.

I’ve included the synopsis for all of the books that I’ve hauled this month, including sequels, so if you’re not one for reading the blurbs (especially for sequels), then at least you can enjoy the pictures!

January Book Haul | 2020

I can’t believe that the last book haul that I did was March 2019. If that isn’t proof that last year wasn’t my year, then I really don’t know what is. However, I’m hoping that 2020 is the year that I get back into blogging.

So, what’s a better way to finish off the first month than to do a book haul?

I’ve included the synopsis for all of the books that I’ve hauled this month, including sequels, so if you’re not one for reading the blurbs (especially for sequels), then at least you can enjoy the pictures!

January Book Haul | 2019

So it’s the end of the first month of 2019… I can’t believe how quick it’s gone! But this month, I did pick up quite a few books because I found some really good deals in WH Smith or in Waterstones! Got to grab those deals when you can!

Anyway, without any further ado, let’s jump into the book haul…
