November 2017 Releases I’m Excited For

Just like October, November has SO MANY good releases coming out. When I was making this list, I put Renegades by Marissa Meyer on here and then when I looked on Amazon.co.uk to find out when it was released, I found out that it’s not out in the U.K until 2018… But it’s already out in the U.S which makes me incredibly sad.

Shadowhouse: The Gathering by Dan Poblocki

Shadowhouse: The Gathering by Dan Poblocki

I HAVE BEEN MEANING TO READ THIS FOR SO LONG! I saw this book in my local Waterstones about a year ago when I was at the monthly book club that I attend. The cover drew me to it. It was just creepy. The whole aesthetics of the book was just mind-blowing. There are pictures, the pages are grey. the cover is amazing and there is an app that you can play alongside reading the book.

Horrorstör by Grady Hendrix

Horrorstör by Grady Hendrix

I saw this book in my local Foyles about a year and a half ago. The thing that drew me to this book was that:

  • It was square, which is quite unusual for a book
  • It looked like it was set in IKEA
  • It had pictures

I didn’t actually buy the book until a year later, and then it took me another six months to get around to reading it.

The Invisible Library by Genevieve Cogman

The Invisible Library by Genevieve Cogman

Like any other obsessed reader, I love reading books about books. I can relate to the characters on so many levels and I feel spiritually connected to them because their love for books mirrors my own. This feeling was no different when I started reading The Invisible Library. The only problem is… I liked it, but didn’t like it at the same time?
