Another month means another blog post showcasing all next months releases that I’m excited for! There’s a handful of amazing books that are coming out in August but I think August is just preparing us for September. Because there ARE SO MANY GOOD RELEASES coming out in September. But let’s not get ahead of ourselves. Here are the releases in August that I am most excited for.

I think this may be the first obvious re-telling novel that I’ve actually reviewed on my webiste. I know that I read and reviewed Flame in the Mist by Renée Ahdieh, but that didn’t read like a re-telling at all, whereas Spindle Fire did. I always love reading novels that centre around family dynamics and it’s actually one of the types of books that I look for the most. Gone are the days where I want to read about unrequited love all of the time; I want to read about families and the troubles or happiness that they go through.
