Graphics Disclaimer

My header was designed by myself by using a free font found on 1001 Fonts. No graphics have been sold or otherwise distributed for a cost.

All the book covers used in review posts are taken from Goodreads and will always match the edition I read. Other photos including the books in my book hauls are my personal images. Sometimes I use GIF images in my book tag posts, which I download from Giphy.

The page dividers that I use in my posts are taken from Glitter Graphics.

Federal Trade Commission Disclaimer

All the books that I have reviewed/featured here on The Bibliophile Girl, are either purchased by me, gifted to me by friends and family, won in a giveaway or provided by the author/publisher/NetGalley for free in exchange for an honest review. If I have been sent to the book by the author/publisher/NetGalley, I state this at the end of the review.

I don’t receive any compensation for my reviews. I am NOT a paid reviewer! All reviews are based on my personal opinion about the book and it doesn’t get affected by the source from where I got it. I also do not have any affiliate links, so when I use links to Amazon or Book Depository, I am not getting paid. I am including these links to be helpful and to save you time searching.

Trigger Warning Disclaimer

There are trigger warnings at the end of my reviews of the books that I feel need trigger warnings. I want to help readers who are looking for a new book to know all of the problems that may crop up in novels.

Problematic Books Disclaimer

I have also labelled at the end of my review whether this book has started a conversation within the book community on whether it is problematic or not. If a book is problematic in any way, but I do not belong to the group of people who find it problematic (e.g black representation. because I am not black), then I will state that I cannot say whether the representation was good or not. If the book is problematic, but I liked the book, I will write my review as normal, but state if the book has been discussed as being problematic, and I will leave links to bloggers who can shed more light on the issue than I can.
